Okay, so my job had me redesign their website from this:
    http://www.mycomputerguy.com

    and I made this:
    http://www.breakthemonopoly.com (test site)

Need opinions on the redesign. Also, if anyone is aware of how to get that middle content to be:
    1. Scrollable in and of itself
    2. A seperate content set (so that if someone clicks a link on the left only the center changes, it doesn't load a whole new page)
    3. Doing this preferably without Frames but with PHP if possible.

Christ the web 2.0 standard PISSES ME OFF GODDAMN. No matter what fucking site I try to validate that I make, the validation pages always say "136 errors!" GODDAM. And it's normally due to 1 or 2 things I don't know how to do properly like declare a DOCTYPE or XML version in the code.
