So I just started using Launchy, and so far it seems pretty fucking nifty.

I have Vista which has a more robust system built in than Launchy offers.
I use Objectdock to put all of my Adobe creative suite stuff on. That's really it. I hated rainmeter because the setup to get it how you want it is NOT user friendly, it's very difficult and time consuming.
